Karl is a full-time REALTOR and a member of the National, Texas, and San Antonio Board of REALTORS and ready to serve your needs.  Karl is married with 4 children, one is a Registered Nurse, a second is The South Texas Marketing Director for a large beer distributor, a third is an employee at a local restaurant and one other is an Airman in the US Air Force.  All his children call San Antonio home.  His wife Cindy grew up in a military family and has served as a partner in his career and together they serve as partners in providing outstanding services to you!

Karl is a retired United States Air Force Command Chief Master Sergeant (CMSgt).  Having served at numerous installations world-wide, we've built an extensive network of friends, associates, sellers, and buyers who generate interest in listings locally and across the country. 

The final of 13 personal relocations and nearly 28 years of service brought him to Randolph AFB in San Antonio, Texas to serve as the senior enlisted leader of the United States Air Forces second largest command; Air Education and Training Command (AETC).  AETC is ultimately responsible for recruiting, training, and educating all Air Force personnel...officer, enlisted, flying, and technical.  AETC is comprised of some 13 major installations, over 50 field training detachments, and over 43,000 personnel.  With such a large span of control, Karl quickly learned that if you take care of people, they'll take care of the mission. 

In retirement, he served the Air Force on various Boards serving our servicemen and servicewomen's educational needs to include; Board Member on Air University Board of Visitors, and subcommittee member on the Undergraduate Committee for the Community College of the Air Force and Air Force Institute of Technology, all ensuring the best educational opportunity and environment for military personnel from Airmen Basic to General Officer.  He also serves as a member of the Air Force Sergeants Association, Air Force Association, and Noncommissioned Officers Association to name a few.

Post retirement and prior to starting his own business as a REALTOR, Karl opened and led the San Antonio office for a global information technology corporation, CIBER INC. He served CIBER by being their Director of Southwest Operations and Director of Air Force Programs.
